in Valladolid or Valledolid, Spain. This antique print shows the procession of about thirty by the
Spanish Inquisition condemned Protestants to a location outside the city
where they are burned at the stake. In the middle of a building
dignitaries ( Princess Joanna, Charles, Prince of Spain), alongside a
wooden stand on which the heretics condemned. The convicts wear special
hats (capitata rotating) and coat with a presentation of the hell mouth.
